Can we take a minute to talk about how awesome Joe Pioggia’s effects are in this series? It took absolutely forever to erase Ben Rameaka’s head (surrounded by reflective surfaces, mind you) in this scene from the second episode. And he made the amazing face mask in the first episode. And none of that even touches the insane shit he made for the third episode.
Oh, hey, speaking of the third episode, the insane Kindly Midwesterner season finale will go online on Friday morning! It’s got a ton of guest stars, lots of blood, a secret look at Tanya’s origin story, and even a crazy twist ending!
If you haven’t yet, get caught up now!

Tanya’s one crazy bitch!
American Horror Story is one messed up show. It’s kind of amazing.
A girl with down syndrome who Jessica Lange refers to as “the mongoloid” is the only chick who understands the house is haunted and that Connie Britton and her family need to get the fuck out! If you haven’t searched your DVR for this by now you better have one good explanation as to why not.
This show is amazing.
Tammie Taylor + Frances Farmer + freaky medical tools and baby heads = best show ever.
Oh, and the mom from Six Feet Under plays a *sexy* house maid.

Yes, you are not mistaken. Those are indeed, bloodied up twins from the 70s. WIN!
